Dental Burs

Diamond, carbide, and endodontic burs in the shapes, grits, and shank types your clinicians actually use — mapped to your existing bur chart so a reorder is a reference number, not a conversation. Consistent geometry, checked batches, and pricing that holds across repeat orders.

A bur line you can standardise on

Burs are the consumable a clinic touches most and thinks about least, until a shape stops cutting or a delivery arrives with the wrong shank. We build a standing bur list around what your clinicians actually load into the handpiece — diamond and carbide shapes, grits, shank types, and endodontic or surgical lines — and quote every item with its reference number, pack size, and typical lead time.

We source from manufacturers whose geometry, grit, and coating we can verify, so a reorder cuts the same as the first delivery. Shank diameter, head shape, and grit are recorded against your own catalogue numbers, batch and production data travel with each shipment, and burs can be consolidated with equipment or other consumables in a single container. Where a market requires registration documents, we supply them with the order.

Bur range

The shapes a working clinic reloads

Quote by shape, by grit, or as a fixed monthly bur list — whichever suits the way you manage stock.

01

Diamond Burs

The daily cutting shapes — round, fissure, tapered, and fine-detail — across the grit range you actually load, in turbine and contra-angle shanks. Single-use and multi-use options are quoted separately, and your existing chart is mapped to our numbers so the same shape is never ordered twice under two references.

02

Carbide Burs

Tungsten-carbide cutters for crown preparation, cavity work, and composite finishing, in the blade counts and head shapes your clinicians prefer. Straight, latch, and friction-grip shanks are held in stock, and steel grades are stated on the quotation so different offers can be compared on the same basis.

03

Endodontic & Surgical

Access, orifice-opening, and surgical burs built for controlled cutting around the pulp chamber and bone, matched to the rotary file systems you already run. Instruments are supplied with traceability data where a market asks for it, and single-use lines are quoted in the pack sizes your infection-control protocol expects.

04

Finishing & Polishing

Fine-grit diamonds, finishing carbides, silicone polishers, and polishing points for composite, ceramic, and metal, together with the mandrels and discs that hold them. Graded by final surface finish, so your team can move from preparation to polish without switching to another system.

How a bur line is managed

  • A standing bur list built from your charts and usage, reviewed each quarter against what actually gets consumed.
  • Shank diameter, head shape, grit, and material recorded against your own reference numbers for every line.
  • Batch, coating, and production data supplied with each shipment, so any question can be traced back to its run.
  • Burs consolidated with other consumables or equipment in one container, keeping freight per box low.

Questions clinics ask us

Do burs carry a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the line. Standard diamond and carbide shapes ship from stock by the box or the hundred, while endodontic and surgical shapes usually carry a per-size minimum. Mixed orders are welcome, and if a particular shape only makes sense in a larger quantity we will tell you before you commit rather than after the invoice.

How do we know a reorder will cut the same as the first?

Every line is tied to a manufacturer whose geometry, grit, and coating we have verified, and the specification is written into the quotation so it can be checked on arrival. Batch and production data travel on the packing list, and if a delivery does not match the agreed spec we replace it under terms agreed with you in writing.
